Company Information – Being a division of Structured Prints, LLC, ChicagoBlueprints.com does its best in meeting your Architectural, Construction and Engineering printing needs. It understands every possible angle of its clients’ needs and has made its service available online, making every inquiry, bidding and transaction convenient, easy and fast. Through this online portal, we are able to take orders efficiently, saving you from the hassle of having to go to our office. Currently, we are able to meet needs of black and white high speed digital printing on Xerox bond paper by the use of an automated system. And because our main goal is to serve you to the fullest extent, we are on the verge of expanding our service to colored printing and scanning very soon!

1. What file formats do you accept for printing?

We can print .pdf, .ai, .eps, or other vector type files. We also accept files that are in the form of .dwf, .psd, .tif, .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .doc, .ppt, and other raster type files.

1. How do I get to be billed?

After your order has been placed, billing will occur.  To make sure that deliveries are made on time we follow a first order, first serve process which ensures timely printing delivery for all our customers.

1. Where do I get my prints? How are they delivered?

All orders are delivered directly to the specified delivery address on the billing and shipping information. This is why it is important to not make any mistakes when filling out the order form. Also, check out shipping and returns page for more information on this.

What are the available options for scanning?

Our printing service accepts files in pdf, .tiff, and .jpeg formats. 200 and 400 dpi resolution is available for Black and White printing. Scanned items can be delivered through email, File Transfer Protocol, or we can put them on a password-protected online folder that can be accessed by anyone who has a computer with an internet access. We can also put hard copies on CD’s or DVD’s which is great for storage.
